Therefore the Company founded Ravioli Academy: a centre for the collection and exchange of experiences, available to promote lifelong professional training and growth of all the partners involved, both inside and outside the Company. Our team firstly receive an adequate training to work, suited to consolidate their own skills and know-hows, as well to allow everyone to be involved in business strategies. Periodic meetings are also held with distributors and agents, in oder to update them on developments in both production and commercial activities. A program of meetings for the spread of Quality and Safety foundations is also a top priority for the Company.
