Following the decree dated November, 4th 2008, a supervision and controlling body has been established at Ravioli S.p.a, in accordance with the working, the efficiency and the conformity with organization model and with the relevant documents which have been chosen by the company to avoid offences which can come from administrative responsibility, in application of the instructions of the law dated June, 8th 2008, No 231.
