Thus was born Ravioli Academy, a center for collection and exchange of experiences made available to promote lifelong learning in Ravioli world.
Our employees receive initially adequate training to work, suited to consolidate their skills and make everyone involved in business strategies.
Periodic meetings are also held with distributors and agents, in order to update them on developments in both production and commercial activity.
A program of meetings for the diffusion of Quality and Security is also present.
