How the company is organised
The company is structured so as to be highly flexible, within the framework of our clearly stated Ravioli philosophy. Production staff, for example, while having well-defined job descriptions, are able to perform a wide variety of tasks, depending on the volume and type of equipment to be produced. The design, assembly, calibration and quality control stages of production are all carried out inside the company, while certain other phases of production are executed outside the company.
Guaranteed quality products in compliance with Regulations and Standards
The products sold by Ravioli have all been designed in compliance with the major international regulations. In addition they carry the CE Certificate of Conformity, supplied upon request to our customers.
This certificate states that the product has been made by Ravioli in compliance with specific, widely recognised safety standards, and in accordance with the quality standards stated in our ISO 9001 Quality System Certificate.

Preferential sales channels
Ravioli’s major sales channel is the manufacturers of plants and equipment. We have a relationship going back in time with these manufacturers, based on reciprocal respect and trust, and a great many of our products and problem solving solutions are directed to their needs and requests.
We work closely with them in order to understand and anticipate their expectations. Our other, equally important sales channel is an efficient distribution network with sales points both in Italy and abroad.
On-going training
The features of the single device and our range of products change and evolve rapidly and therefore we organise meetings and training sessions at regular intervals with the aim of keeping our distributors and agents constantly up-dated.
New developments are discussed during these meetings, and the aims and strategies to be adopted for the future clearly illustrated.
