The recognition of human resources and their profession is reflected in normative terms, in drafting the Code of Ethical Behaviour. This is a document recognized in international law according to the SA 8000, which regulates the aspects of social and collective work, respect for the environment for sustainable economic development, and thus allows the company to take a significant ethical dimension.

According to a survey prepared by the statistical company Standard & Poor’s about the financial reliability of the Italian companies, published in the journal “Economy”, Ravioli Spa is placed second in its class of revenue for financial reliability and financial viability.

The history and tradition of Ravioli Spa grow in Milan for over 80 years. By virtue of the whole context in which the Italian company has grown and is still engaged, Ravioli Spa operates in the Made in Italy significantly. The constant presence of family members also allows quick decisions on its Board of Directors and an ongoing monitoring through the function of Business Intelligence.
